End-of-Term Return, Extension, and Transfer Conditions
Return: No penalties will apply if the equipment is returned after 80% of the agreed rental period has elapsed.
Extension: Upon renewal, existing rental fees will be discounted by 30% to 50% based on the duration of use.
Transfer: Transfer conditions will be clearly defined at the conclusion of the rental period.

Acquisition of Existing Assets
We purchase used equipment at fair market value (for items less than 36 months old), with options for cash settlements or offsetting rental fees against new rental equipment.
